  • The highest end Omakase one can have! Plenty of caviar, uni, truffle, ankimo(monkfish liver) and A5 wagyu. The only piece I missed out on by a week was gooseneck barnacle. Its the only Omakase were I had all of the listed above in one sitting and the only Omakase where geoduck is even offered. If your looking for every high end ingredient you can have look no further.

  • This is the best omakase in Las Vegas. Their fish is so fresh and sweet. Wagyu is also 10/10. Every bite is delicious. Price is $500/person. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

  • This was easily one of the best meals I've ever had. The chef and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating toward us. We were first timers to omakase meals, had multiple dietary restrictions, and even missed our appointment by 15 minutes. Yet everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had a comfortable and tasty experience. The attention to detail was phenomenal. And the food was next level--every course was tasty, high quality, and carefully designed to fit into the rest of the meal. Will definitely come again. And again.

  • We went on a Sunday evening for the 8pm seating, and the restaurant was already closed to the public, just the two groups experiencing the omakase. That alone made it feel intimate and exclusive. The entire team delivered exceptional service, and the chefs were engaging and personable, making the night feel truly special. The quality of the food was second to none. Each course built upon the last, creating a flawless progression of flavors and textures. Every bite was beautifully balanced, but the standout for me was the Hokkaido scallop topped with truffle, toro, uni, and caviar... easily the best bite of the night and one I’ll remember for a long time. From the atmosphere to the interaction with the chefs to the extraordinary quality of the dishes, this was an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true omakase masterpiece.

  • Five stars simply aren’t enough to encapsulate the extraordinary experience we had at Kame Omakase. From the moment I stepped into the intimate dining space, I was transported to a world of culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality. The attentive and friendly service was exceptional, although one server did seem a bit eager to clear plates at times. However, this minor hiccup was overshadowed by the overall warmth and knowledge displayed by the chefs and the staff members. Their detailed explanations of each dish added a layer of depth to the dining experience. The restaurant itself is a masterpiece. The intimate setting with just a few other guests created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for engaging conversations with talented chefs. Their passion for their craft was evident in every interaction, as they shared fascinating insights into the ingredients and preparation of each dish. While the price point is undoubtedly high, it's justified by the sheer quality and artistry of the food. Every bite was a symphony of flavors, textures, and visual appeal. From the exquisite sashimi to the melt-in-your-mouth A5 wagyu, each course was a culinary masterpiece. Kame Omakase offers two seatings per night, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience. Our journey began with a velvety smooth chawan mushi, a perfect prelude to the gastronomic adventure that followed. The sashimi course was a breathtaking display of freshness and artistry. The live lobster was tender and sweet, while the toro melted effortlessly on the palate. Each piece was generously cut and showcased the chef's impeccable knife skills. The appetizers were a delightful progression of flavors. The oyster was plump and briny, the A5 Wagyu Shigureni was a heavenly combination of textures, and the Kaki Age was a crispy delight. The corn tempura was a surprising highlight, with the sweetness of the corn perfectly balanced by the light batter. The katsuo tataki was a flavor explosion, with the seared tuna's rich taste complemented by the accompanying ponzu sauce. The sazae, while visually intimidating, was a culinary revelation. The sawagani crab added a unique and delicious element to the dish, challenging my preconceptions about seafood. The sushi course was nothing short of extraordinary. Each piece was a delicate balance of rice and fish, showcasing the chef's mastery of technique. The Hokkaido uni was particularly memorable, with its creamy texture and rich flavor. The softshell crab was a crispy and savory delight, while the A5 wagyu ishiyaki was a tender and juicy masterpiece. The addition of black truffle elevated the dish to new heights. The dessert was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The winter melon was refreshing and light, and the hojicha ice cream was a delightful complement. Kame Omakase is truly a remarkable experience. It's a place where food becomes art and where every bite is a memory in the making.

  • Kame Sushi is an exceptional dining experience and absolutely worth the money. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the service was truly fantastic—attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. This is an especially great spot if you’re trying sushi for the first time or looking to expand your palate. The chefs take the time to explain each cut of fish and describe the flavors, which really enhances the experience. They are thoughtful and attentive to any hesitation you may have, gently encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone without ever making you feel pressured. Their passion and expertise are evident in every bite. If you’re looking for high-quality sushi paired with an educational and personalized experience, Kame Sushi is a must-visit.

  • This review is long overdue. As a Korean-American, this place is and will always be my #1 spot for the best Omakase Sushi period!!! Don't come here for any revolving Sushi, or California rolls!!! This is next level Michelin Star ⭐⭐ rated Sushi. Chef Jian (++Korean) and team will give you an epic culinary experience worth every $$$$. 2025 Update: Dined here again but did the premium and it was worth the experience and more than 2024!! Recommend pairing the Kyokusen sake as well.
